Squeeze Play sits on 1.88 acres of prime property in the Nash Industrial park, Nash, Texas.

The building is a 12,000 square foot metal structure. Construction completed December 2008.
All of interior heated and cooled with 25 tons of A/C and heat.
4 office spaces and 2000square foot space upstairs presently used as an observation area. Can be used as storage area.
Two 8' roll up doors for easy vehicle or forklift access.

This is the conference, team meeting, birthday party room starting to take shape.

The workout room is almost complete. We'll offer treadmills, stationary bikes, weight machines, as well as rotator cuff band exercises, etc.

A shot from the second floor observation area. Observers will be able to look down at the hitters and pitchers while they're working out and not be in any danger of being struck by balls or bats. Up here is where the big screen TV, video games and picnic tables will be.

Excuse our backside, but you get the picture. The front parking lot is about to take place. They will be pouring concrete this week.

This is the workout room which will be available with treadmills, weight stations, etc. for our 16 and up members.
